First, please ensure you check your Australia Post / USPS tracking information from your Orders page on The Fountain of Youth Lifestyle Tripeptide Collagen website, or the Shipping Confirmation email you received from us.

If it is showing as delivered, or 'left in a safe place', and you did not take out the Shipping Insurance, we ask you to first contact Australia Post or USPS and have them show you the photo they (must) take, whenever they leave a parcel in a 'safe place'. Once you see this photo, if it is still not in the place they show in the photo, you will need to raise a ticket with them, so they can investigate. In most cases, this alone resolves the lost item issue.

If, however, they are unable to find your parcel, please contact us immediately after their case has been completed at Support@FountainOfYouthLifestyle.com so we can then chase this up for you with Australia Post or USPS, or send you a replacement order.

If you took out the Shipping Insurance however, and the parcel has not been delivered, please contact us immediately - after Australia Post or USPS are showing your parcel as delivered or left in a safe place, and will ship a new order to you immediately.

Collagen is a food-based ingestible supplement and due to health and safety regulations, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on any product purchases, as we are unable to restock ingestible items. Our collagen products are produced to the highest standards of quality and control, and consequently, we cannot accept returns once the products leave our premises.
