1st and only subscription I have stayed with. I started on the 100g bag, but my husband is on it now to, so up to the 200g we went, which last us both 40 days, we both are double dosing now. I feel better and have more energy. he has seen benefits too, I had to call the phone number because I couldn't work out how to change it, but they were great, and they changed it for me which helped. I have only been using this collagen for 8 week's but I do think my nails and skin are Feeling good and my nails are definitely growing stronger.
